The Association of Clinical Trials Organizations (ACTO) presented newsletter No. 7 with results from the first half of 2013 detailing the state of clinical trials in Russia.
During the first half of 2013, the Russian Ministry of Health issued 404 approvals for conducting clinical trials, down 10% from the same time last year. The number of international trials is also down 14.1% from last year, as is the number of bioequivalence studies, which is down 20.7%.
