Exco InTouch, a provider of digital patient engagement and data capture solutions for clinical research and healthcare providers, announced the availability of public-facing apps on all three mobile operating platforms (iOS, Android and Windows 8). The native apps provide users with device specific natural controls, which is aimed at driving familiarity and ease of use.

The variety of apps developed for clients by Exco InTouch covers a broad range of therapeutic areas; from cardiovascular and respiratory diseases through to smoking cessation and vaccination programs. The platform enables the integration of medical device data and also lifestyle devices, such as FitBit™, which are increasingly popular in clinical research to provide secondary outcomes data.
