CFS Clinical has selected C3i, a service desk support and business process outsourcing services provider. C3i is providing global 24x365 multilingual technology support services for CFS’ Site Activation and Investigator Payment Services. The service desk supports active clinical trial sites in nearly 50 countries and 12 languages, staffed out of C3i’s Sofia Operations Center. Additional languages will be added later this year, to manage CFS’ continued scaling, supported out of C3i’s Dalian Operations Center.
