CBI Conference Producer, Trevor Sosvielle, recently worked with Lisa Berdan, Director of Global Mega Trials at Duke Clinical Research Institute and Carol Knott, Head of Monitoring and Nurse Training at the University of Oxford to discuss their participation and insight into this event.

A letter to our colleagues:

We are pleased to invite you to join us at CBI’s Global Risk-Based Monitoring being held 13-14 September, 2018 in London UK at the

Amba Hotel Marble Arch

. We’ve created an

agenda

that blends roundtable discussions along with key presentations to maximize interactive discussions.   Whether you are developing your first RBM strategy or fully immersed in global RBM implementation, we’ve included topics that align with all stages of RBM implementation:

  • Create efficiencies for your central monitoring team

  • Evaluate RBM capabilities of your CROs/AROs

  • Benchmark against global industry leaders from around the world

  • Determine the right trial to implement RBM

  • Create a library of RACTS and risk classifications

  • Adapt your RBM strategy to ICH E6 (R2)

We’ve selected key industry and academic research experts to share their experiences and perspectives on RBM and its implementation. We are eager to have you join us in London this September to share your own RBM experiences and expand this global professional network with us in an interactive setting.   We look forward to seeing you in London!   Best Regards, Lisa Berdan and Carol Knott
