Precision Medicine in Clinical Trials: Adapting to the New Demands of Clinical Research Today

This event is now available on demand.

Event overview

Over the past decade, clinical trials have seen transformative changes in almost every aspect of the process, from trial design to patient recruitment. As treatments become more precise in battling specific diseases, clinical trials need to test new medicines that target more specific patient populations, with a resulting increase in research program complexity. With more precision comes a greater need for additional resources, personnel, expertise, and accurate, thorough data.

Join our experts as they examine real-world evidence in the evolution of precision in clinical trials:
  • How precision medicine-focused research has changed how we conduct clinical trials: both the benefits and the pitfalls
  • What affect this trend is having on patients and their experience with clinical trials
  • How technology can help bridge the gaps for researchers to improve the experience for both their teams and their patients
