ERT and Bioclinica Close Merger

ERT has announced the close of its merger with Bioclinica. The transaction combines Bioclinica’s imaging knowledge, eClinical software, and drug safety solutions with ERT’s knowledge in eCOA, cardiac safety, respiratory and wearables.

Joe Eazor is the CEO of the merged company, and the management team will be composed of a combination of both ERT and Bioclinica executives.
