ZRG Partners, Inc, a global executive recruiting firm within the life sciences, pharmaceutical and medical device markets, released its 4th Quarter Life Science Hiring Index. The findings report that the pharma and CRO space each saw small declines, but activity in each sector remains near historical highs. Within Pharma, Novartis and Sanofi led the way with strong hiring activity across all functions. The report also found s second consecutive sharp decline in hiring activity in the R&D function, dropping 15% from the previous quarter and posting a 22% year-over-year drop.
