Almac announces the launch of its "Direct to Patient" shipping service for clinical trials
Almac announces the launch of its “Direct to Patient” shipping service for clinical trials designed to enhance its existing clinical trial distribution service by coordinating all clinical trial (including temperature and non-temperature controlled) material shipments from clinical sites directly to patient’s homes throughout the US and Canada. Due diligence has been performed to ensure adherence with US federal, state and Canadian regulations. The goal is to offer clinical trial patients enhanced flexibility to improve compliance, retention and efficiency issues.
