GLO Healthcare, a healthcare platform created by private equity investor CapVest Partners LLP, has completed the acquisition of Calyx, an software and services provider of medical imaging, IRT, CTMS, RIM and EDC for the clinical trials industry. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed. Calyx will join GLO’s development and delivery of diagnostic testing for major cancers and other diseases.
