Canadian CRO Acquires CRO in India

JSS Medical Research, a Montreal-based CRO, recently concluded the acquisition of Max Neeman International, with head office in New Delhi, India. Additional regional offices are located in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai. Through a US subsidiary, a regional office is also located North Carolina.
This global expansion in India follows JSS’ acquisition of Latam Clinical Trials, a CRO in Bogota, Colombia that established the company’s presence in Latin America.
