Cenduit, a joint venture between Quintiles and Thermo Fisher Scientific, announced its new Professional Services Division, to provide hands-on experience for managing and enhancing Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.
Features of the new division include:
- Support with complex third-party system integrations and customizations
- Consulting for complex studies that require focused support
- Protocol-specific consulting (for example, needing an IVR set up where the patient will call in and report adverse events)
- Business analytics and reporting such as forecasting dashboard, enabling with effective decision support system for optimization.
