Partnering with Smashing Boxes, a web and mobile app development company, Cenduit’s refreshed IRT system creates an intuitive, easy to use tablet- and mobile device-friendly interface. Specifically, it integrates a custom reporting tool; embeds role-specific user interfaces (rather than one size fits all); and provides 24/7 access to the global help desk through the web chat feature.
