Chesapeake IRB has acquired Goodwyn IRB and IRB Services
Chesapeake IRB has acquired Goodwyn IRB and IRB Services, which grows Chesapeake IRB's capabilities and scope for clients. Both Goodwyn IRB and IRB Services are AAHRPP-accredited, as is Chesapeake IRB. IRB Services, the largest independent and only AAHRPP-accredited Canadian IRB/REB, founded in 1993, will retain its name, leadership, and Canadian location, operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chesapeake IRB.
