Chesapeake IRB Announces Acquisition of MaGil IRB

Chesapeake IRB-technology-enabled independent institutional review board (IRB) that serves the clinical research industry-has acquired MaGil IRB.

The acquisition provides Chesapeake with additional AAHRPP-accredited review capacity and more staff, broadening its precense for CROs, pharma companes, and biotech companies.
