Dassault Systèmes and Medidata Solutions, Inc. have announced the signing of a definitive agreement for Dassault Systèmes to acquire Medidata. The transaction, representing an enterprise value of $5.8 billion, was unanimously approved by the Boards of Directors of both companies.
