PITTSBURGH and BEDMINSTER, N.J. -- June 14, 2005 -- invivodata inc., an industry leader in electronic patient reported outcomes (ePRO) solutions for global clinical research, and Dendrite International Inc. (NASDAQ: DRTE), a leading provider of sales, marketing, clinical and compliance solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, today announced a strategic relationship in which Dendrite will deliver key worldwide distribution and technical help desk services to support clinical trials utilizing invivodata's ePRO data collection systems, DiaryPRO and SitePRO.
This relationship will enable invivodata to leverage Dendrite's scalable worldwide distribution system and comprehensive IT and telephony infrastructure to seamlessly implement its electronic diary system in clinical trials sponsored by its pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients worldwide. Clinical trial sponsors will benefit from both companies' deep pharmaceutical knowledge and the stability, scalability and flexibility delivered by this collaboration.
