OmniComm Systems to be Acquired by Anju Software

OmniComm Systems, Inc. has announced that it has entered into a merger agreement with Anju Software, Inc., under which OmniComm will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Anju. The closing is expected to occur by October 31, 2019 following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
