Dr Hugh Levaux leads growth strategy for Flatiron’s Clinical Research business unit, helping to identify future investment and partnership opportunities. Dr Leavux has over 20 years of dedicated experience in clinical trial design and operations, and has developed multiple market-leading, trial-related technologies. Dr Levaux obtained a PhD in policy analysis from the RAND Graduate School, Master’s degrees in international economics and international relations from SAIS at Johns Hopkins University, and a Master’s degree in international politics from Université Libre de Bruxelles, in Belgium.

Lauren Sutton
Senior Director, Clinical Research Product Management
Flatiron Health

Lauren leads the strategy and design of products for Flatiron’s Clinical Research business unit. Lauren creates products for biopharma sponsors, CROs, and clinical research sites, ensuring technical stability, interoperability, and technology designed to support new working models. Lauren has over a decade of experience in the clinical research industry, is a published thought leader, and frequently speaks at clinical research events. Lauren graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel hill with a BS in Biology, and obtained her MBA from North Carolina State University.

Erin Stackowitz
US Innovation Lead, Clinical Study Unit

Erin serves as the US Innovation Lead for Sanofi's US Clinical Study Unit, for which her responsibilities encompass assessing, implementing, overseeing, and monitoring digital and non-digital solutions that bolster the success of clinical trials across all therapeutic areas within the US. Erin plays a prominent role in advancing operational excellence and fostering innovation across all therapeutic domains, while also playing a pivotal part in aligning the US innovation strategy with a global framework. With a diverse background in clinical research spanning both academic and industry realms, Erin is well-equipped to comprehend the challenges and opportunities in clinical research from various vantage points. Concurrently, she is pursuing a dual Master’s degree in Public Health and Public Policy, demonstrating her steadfast dedication to shaping the future of healthcare and policy.
