Veeva Systems introduces innovations to its Veeva Vault product for regulated content management for life sciences. In the new version 10, individuals across the organization can share and reuse approved content, eliminating manual hand-offs and duplicate work. At the same time, Vault provides local autonomy and flexibility for each department or region to manage its own content to reflect its unique business processes. Vault maintains one authoritative source document in the cloud to bridge content gaps, increasing efficiency, visibility, and compliance.
New capabilities to version 10 include:
- CrossLinks, a new approach to sharing content across Vault content management applications that offers a single source of documentation and traceability.
- Vault reporting that combines data with documents to calculate key performance metrics around process efficiency, project status, or individual performance.
- Pre-configured report templates at the corporate or departmental level now simplify report creation for users to get the visibility they need.
- Personalized dashboards provide relevant metrics for each user in real-time.
- Configurable to display the relevant user and admin capabilities for each individual for flexibility and control.
