Venn Life Sciences Acquires French CRO

Venn Life Sciences, a CRO based in Europe, announced the acquisition of Cardinal Systems SAS, a France based CRO specializing in data management and randomization systems. The acquisition extends Venn’s service offering into those two areas, and strengthens the company’s position as a full-service European CRO.
