Berger & Boyer, Inc was established in 1976 as a CRO.

1988 they contracted exclusively to Quincy Research Center, are considered the first CRO and was known as Berger Boyer & Associates until 2000, when they become B&B Clinical Innovations.

Subsequently purchased by UBC in 2004.
