Outside of his current role with Gilead, which he started in 2020, Jared is also a professor/affiliate professor at the University of Washington in the departments of global health, medicine, and epidemiology. He has been with the university for over 17 years and has also served as a vice chair, vice dean, associate professor, assistant professor, and senior fellow.
