The company is a finalist in the Best Overall Company of the Year-Service Businesses-up to 100 Employees category.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, and the companies they run – worldwide. The Stevies have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards with its prestigious American Business Awards being called “the business world’s own Oscars” (New York Post, April 27, 2005).
“We are thrilled our peers selected ProTrials out of the 1,200 nominations in 50 categories worldwide,” said ProTrials CEO, Jodi Andrews. “It’s rewarding to be recognized for the outstanding services we provide our clients along with how we’ve paved the way for women in pharmaceutical research and development.”
ProTrials is owned and operated by two women-Jodi Andrews and Inger Arum. This year, it attained certification by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, an elite group of women-owned and operated businesses.
“Being named a finalist in The Stevie Awards for Women in Business is an important achievement,” said Michael Gallagher, president of the Stevie Awards. “The nomination means independent business executives have agreed ProTrials is worthy of recognition. We congratulate all of the finalists on their achievement and wish them well in the competition.”
Business professionals worldwide selected finalists during preliminary judging. Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs will select Stevie Award winners from among the finalists during final judging. Winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis hotel in New York City on Friday, November 14.
