WIRB-Copernicus Acquires Clintrax Global

WIRB-Copernicus Group^® (WCG™) has acquired Clintrax Global, a services provider for negotiating clinical trial-related contracts and budgets between biopharmaceutical companies, CROs and investigator sites. Clintrax Global also manages, executes, and tracks payments between these global clinical trial participants. The acquisition allows WCG to offer clients a more comprehensive and integrated suite of study start-up solutions.
