Matt has 12 years of experience in the staffing industry, 11 of which being in sales. Matt got his start in Healthcare Staffing and has spent the last six years in Life Sciences Staffing. At Advanced Clinical, Matt is responsible for leading the United States Staffing Business Development team. Prior to leading staffing sales efforts at Advanced Clinical, Matt successfully developed a client base in the Boston Life Sciences market, including over 60 BioPharma sponsors in a six-year period.

Matt has a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Pre-Law from Flagler College.

James Nyssen

James has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical staffing, outsourced services, and talent management. He is responsible for the delivery of Strategic Staffing and FSP initiatives across international markets, expanding Advanced Clinical’s services and solutions into high-growth regions and territories.

Prior to joining Advanced Clinical, James held senior leadership roles in staffing and recruitment organizations, covering Pharma R&D, Sales / Marketing and Operations, and Education Staffing and Services, as well as founding and managing two international search companies specializing in Pharmaceutical Research and Development recruitment. James holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a degree in Modern Political History from Queen Mary University of London.
