Event overview

The utilization of Functional Service Providers (FSPs) has been historically associated with large pharma and biotech companies with well-established processes, systems, and capabilities for managing their clinical trials.

With the evolution of more tailored and flexible solutions, FSP has become more accessible to smaller pharma and biotech companies that are using these as a way of optimizing their delivery models and reducing costs, whilst retaining a high level of control and oversight. This webinar explores some of the trends and innovative solutions that small/mid-size pharma and biotech companies are employing to achieve strategic goals.

Four key take-aways

  • Types of FSP services and models that work best for small and mid-size pharma and biotech companies
  • How to ascertain whether an FSP approach is suitable for a company’s short-term needs or long-term goals
  • Risks and benefits of an FSP solution for small/mid-size companies
  • Criteria to consider when choosing an FSP partner
