He has spent the last 16 years working for IQVIA in clinical, project management, regulatory and start-up roles. More recently, within the last 4 years, Ian has been instrumental in leading the setup, implementation and oversight of clinical FSP models

Lauren has been a part of the IQVIA team for 12 years. She has experience in resourcing, metrics, business and clinical operations. Much of her time at IQVIA has been spent within FSP. Currently, she works directly with clients as a global delivery lead. In her current role, Lauren is the main sponsor contact, managing the FSP partnership. She provides planning, direction and support for all matters related to global operational processes.
